Operative Facilities
down town hospital ltd. houses a full-fledged OT Complex, which runs
24 hrs a day. The OT is well manned and well equipped in the
following manner.
� Senior & experienced anaesthesiologists giving 24 hrs coverage.
� Well-trained OT Nurses also trained in special surgeries like
Laparoscopy, ERCP, PCM, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic surgery, etc.
� The OT Staff�s experience is regularly updated with visits to
recognized hospitals.
� Trained and certified OT technicians well versed in handling
sophisticated OT equipments and for assistance.
Equipments
� 9 centrally Air Conditioned spacious operation theatres, in the
main OT complex structured as per OT Complex guideline.
� 5 other minor OTs .
� Anaesthetic ventilators
� Multi-channel Invasive & non-invasive monitor
� Defibrillators
IITV with C-Arm, CCTV, 2 Laparoscopy sets, Harmonic scalpel, CO2
laser, video endoscope, PCNL, ERCP set, diathermy for each OT, fibre
optic Bronchoscope.
The OT complex is regularly cleaned, fumigated and sterilized as per
ISO guidelines and under the supervision of the Microbiology
department. All disposals are under strict control. Besides all
routine operation special surgery like Arthroscopy, Joint
replacement, Inter locking nail, microsurgery, cardio thoracic
surgery, laparoscopy surgery, functional endoscopic, sinus surgery,
microlaryngeal laser surgery, PCNL etc.
