FREE STROKE PREVENTION CAMP ON WORLD STROKE DAY

down town hospital will celebrate �World Stroke Day� on 24th June
2006. To mark the occasion, a Free Stroke Prevention Camp has been
organized at the hospital�s Stroke Unit from 9 a.m. � 5 p.m. where
free consultation will be offered to patients by Neurologist, Neuro-Surgeon,
Neuro-Psychiatrist and Medical & Psychiatric Social Worker. The camp
will have free registration and about 20% discount will be offered
to all kinds of related investigations prescribed by doctors.
Persons who are above 40 years of age, have high blood pressure,
high sugar level and abnormal cholesterol level in blood, smokers,
have history of paralysis in the past, have history of stroke in the
family and persons who are forgetful are the target group for this
